ultrasound shows a nodulecystic and hemorrhagic thyroid  of the right lobe.

an evacuation carried out with a cytological analysis (benign nodule / Bethesda II).

nodular recurrence with a local gene.

proposal for an ablationchemical by alcoholization:

acontrol  ultrasound performed 3 months after ablation shows aregression almost complete nodule with a residual volume of 0.31 cc, i.e. a volumetric reduction of 98.37%
